Room was heated to a toasty 28 deg with no means of cooling it. When I called the front desk to get help, they can’t speak English, and took 2 hours to give me a fan that cannot work. Can’t get out of there fast enough

Great hotel, but my room was around 26 to 28 degrees and the hotel staff were not helpful to cool down my room. They gave me a fan which just blew hot air around. Thankfully I only stayed 2 nights, any longer and I would have had to leave regardless. The hotel itself is very very nice. Shame the service is lacking.

The stay was perfectly good and everything was fine and good. One most important thing is that the staff needs to learn and speak English as English is an international language. Sheraton is an international brand and that is why English should be spoken and used everywhere in the hotel
