「We had a wonderful stay during our family reunion while visiting from the USA. The staff was exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay, and we look forward...

「The staff at the hotel were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
Entering the room there was an odour issue, this was alleviated after turning on the AC for an hour or so, the following day the AC was turned off by cleaning and the odour issue returned again.
Breakfast could be improved, both in terms of options available and quality of food served.
The hotel also lacked amenities with no gym (even if basic). The room was advertised as a suite and appears relatively...

「Considering this is a 4-star property, I expected much better. The room and lobby was not cleaned properly, and the quality of the wooden fittings, especially the doors, was quite poor. The food was decent, but overall the experience fell well below the standards I expected from a 4-star hotel.」

「Please take into account I was a foreign tourist. The plus's are the service was good and the tea was excellent. The negatives are the building and grounds pictured in the listing are no longer in use. They are being replaced with a completely new hotel which is under construction. The biggest problem is that they only accept cash and...
