I did NOT try food here as we were out and about most of the time. Chech-in and checout was smooth and they happily accepted credit card. Staff was average. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. "Very very bad experience and that too on the last day of the year. They were not ready to honour the web booking and were ready to give a written letter to that effect.
