「When I checked in, I got a 1:00 PM check out but the day that I was leaving the Front Desk gentleman that looked like a soldier was slamming on my door at 12:15 and then when I told him he had an attitude」

「Good food. Great Hotel 」

「awesome architecture and character」

「Gorgeous honeymoon getaway」

「We came to visit hot bath of Teberias. It was close to the Hotel. The stay was fine.」

「Poor service..staff was not present at check in or check out」

「The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. 「We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Astoria Galilee! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth, friendliness, and truly personal service. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and their genuine hospitality made our stay especially enjoyable. 「photos is one, reality is the other. very poor maintantnce. rooms was NOT CLEAN (especially toilet..), there is a large window in the front of the room and the stuff kept coming to this window and see if i am in the room (an hour before regular checkout time) and that was really disturbing. happend at least 3-4 times. 」

「The view is pretty good and the room is also quite comfy. Hotel staff is very helpful on answering the queries. The breakfast also has quite a lot of choices. But the window frame has blocked the view for a bit and its location is not convenient if you are not driving.」
