Ma pire expérience hôtelière ! Le service est inacceptable : aucun membre du personnel ne parle anglais et certains se permettent de rire de la situation. L’hôtel est d’une saleté insupportable : détritus partout, tables du petit-déjeuner répugnantes, jamais nettoyées ni préparées. Le comble : des déchets alimentaires devant ma porte, restés plus de 24h sous 40 degrés. Après l’avoir signalé à la réception, on m’a répondu que c’était à moi de demander qu’ils soient ramassés. Ces déchets n’étaient même pas les miens ! Un établissement qui ose se dire de luxe mais qui n’a aucun respect pour ses clients. Une honte absolue.

Terrible hotel – not worth the price at all! This hotel was absolutely awful. The price is completely unjustified for what you get. First and foremost, the room was dirty and smelled horrible – like sewage. The floor was filthy, and it was so bad that I had to wear flip-flops in the shower because it felt disgusting. This is supposed to be a luxury hotel, but there was nothing luxurious about it. The staff was not friendly or helpful, and it took at least an hour to get anything – whether it was towels, ice, or even the menu. There was always something missing, and service was slow and frustrating. I strongly recommend staying far away from this hotel!

The property and area are beautiful, and the villas are quite nice and appear clean at first glance. However, once you settle in and look around, they could benefit from additional cleaning and care. We stayed in a jacuzzi villa and highly recommend it over a pool villa if you want a view of the Sea of Galilee; otherwise, the view is not as enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were kind, but they seemed inexperienced. They made us pay again, despite having already paid through Expedia. We initially believed they were charging our card for a deposit, but it took several days to receive a refund. While the restaurant manager was very kind, most of the other staff were quite rude. Our breakfast on the first day was delicious, but on the second day, it was all served cold.

Private but not as nice and luxury as you'd think

We went for the privacy, and we had that. But, the rooms were not clean. Especially the bathroom. We also had a saga with the spa. We scheduled a message and when we arrived it was closed. The reception said they would be there in half hour if we can just wait. We waited and they didn't get there for over an hour.

Horrible experience with Setai , it was 105 degrees outside and the air conditioning in our room did not work I asked the maintenance to fix it while I’m at the pool they said they fixed it but when i came back to the room it was like a stove inside the room , ask them to fix it 4 times and they was not able to do so, on the top of that the shower was blockage and the water got into the entire room when we took a shower. When we finally wanted to leave the room we asked for transportation to the reception to do the check in and we waited 40 min but no one showed up so me and my pregnant wife had to walk 10 min in the heat to get there so we can finally finish with this nightmare .

Service déplorable, pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles

Belle hotel, villa a avec piscine privée agréable mais service déplorable, vous attendez 45 minutes pour une boisson; au petit déjeuner vous etes les uns sur les autres et on vous envoie allez chercher votre café vous même. Vous finissez par tout faire vous même. Au vu du prix de la nuit payé c’est assez scandaleux. Autant louer une villa avec piscine d’un particulier.
