"I was very disappointed in one thing - They advertised a pillow menu, so the family saved car space and didn't bring pillows from home, thinking I would find a pillow to suit. I called #7 reception as mentioned to 'order' pillows for the family, no answer. We did this 3 times, and went down to reception twice - both times there was no one around - and this was between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. We all woke up with sore necks and was very disappointed."

"The Executive Harbour suite is worth the price. We had a beautiful view of the harbour, bridge and the Opera house. We enjoyed both sunrise and sunset from the suite. The breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canepes offered a good spread. Some items were a bit dated. For example the bluetooth speaker was not working but the staff promptly provided us with a replacement. Overall it was a good stay."

"Very helpful& friendly staff. Great having filtered water on every floor. Bed comfortable but room not large, nice having the small table & chair for eating in the room. Large TV. Only problem, at entrance no ramp, only stairs & no bell. I had knee injury & needed help with luggage elevator but no-one at reception. I had to climb the stairs & yell for help. Staff came straight away & helped but I still had to go up& down the stairs every time I left& entered the building. Very convenient for Paddy's Market & theatre."
