「Good」

「There are many mosquitoes in the room, the hygiene is not very good, the equipment is old, the front desk service is good」

「The innkeeper was very kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the inn's location is right next to downtown Pensacola. Great overall.」

「I stayed here for 5 nights to see my grandson who was in the navy. I was very disappointed that I had to pay for my first night as I didn’t arrive until 2am the next day. I feel some type of adjustment should have been made. The hotel is very clean looks like it was older and remodeled . Rooms are small and there are no closets. Staff very friendly. Walking distance to downtown to many coffee shops and cute shops!」

「Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Very friendly staff, quiet and clean room」

「good」

「Always a nice place to stay, rooms are always clean and spacious, friendly staff. The pool was out of service which was a huge bummer but the indoor pool and hot tubs were functional and we could use our neighbor hotel pools」

「很好 。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。」

「The rooms were large, large refrigerator, large microwave, everything close in the area especially the mall. Very large mall. Enjoyed our stay.」

「Good stay」

「The hotel had a fresh clean smell upon walking in the door. The room was comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and had a good breakfast; although, the waffle machine was out of products. Front lady at the desk could have been friendlier. I guess she was having a bad day cause the computer was down. Wasn’t my fault. She said her speech about if you need anything, let me know, but I could tell she didn’t mean it. Room was clean minus a little bit of hair in shower. I’m sure housekeeping...

「outstanding! great location (very close to BJ'S, note for gas),」
