"the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100."

"The property offered a classic historical experience bringing us in time. It was fun getting lost and exploring the houses within the property. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great!"
