「We had a great stay at Hotel Mercer. The hotel is centrally located- a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful- they booked restaurants and tickets, and gave great advice to ensure we got the most out of our trip to Seville. Lucy especially was so welcoming and kind. Thank you all. 」

「Overall a very good stay. The location is good, close to Plaza de Armas, the bus station and its walking distance to the old town where most attractions are. The room is new and under good condition. 」

「I like the location of the accommodation. It is 5 mins walk to Puente de Isabel II and 10 mins walk away from Torre del Oro, Alcazar and Catedral. There are many restaurants around the area. The apartment itself is very new and clean, decorated with good taste. It is very well equipped with kitchenette, coffee table, sofa and tv. Check-in staff was very friendly and informative. They even have their own map!」

「未入住前已安排好了登記及發出電子鎖匙，到步後就可以立刻進入房間，放下行李，稍作休息後就係可外出遊覽。省卻了一般酒店登記入住的時間。 另外，可能是遇上了一星期清潔房間時間，清潔了一次房間覺得挺意外！ 而且地點方便，但又清靜。有兩間浴室，又有黑膠唱片機。唯一缺點是在一樓而只有樓梯，但對住本人來說問題不大。 總括來說，物超所值。」

「Hotel is next to Bus station. It’s very convenient to go here and there. Hotel buffet breakfast is so delicious and have many choices. Room is big and clean, even our room faces to main road, we don’t feel noisy. 」
