「We are very picky when it comes to hotels. They have to be very clean, smell fresh, and have a good breakfast. That being said, this hotel met all of our expectations. It is now our favorite place to stay in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. The price was very reasonable, which made me a little skeptical at first, but it exceeded our expectations. I did tell desk employee and he left a note for maintenance. Didn't see any one from maintenance. I was on vacation not planning to sit in a room all day.
