「I checked in online but arrived to find my reservation had been canceled. I was given a room for my first canceled night but left to fend for myself the second night during graduation weekend when the hotels were either sold out or extremely expensive. There is no coffee in the rooms. The lighting in the rooms is terrible and the breakfast has very few decent options. I wouldn’t stay here again.」

「Very dirty, smelly and old. Got to the room and it was the same if not worse. Stained sheets, reaked of cigarettes and a constant police presence. This was a last ditch effort to get some sleep after price gouging for CSU graduation weekend. Poor business practices to raise your rates to almost triple. I wouldn't pay $40 to sleep here. Avoid this place and ignore the positive cleanly reviews, there is no way they are real.」

「The continental breakfast was good many choices.the pool and hot tub were excellent staff very friendly and helpful although the first rooms tv volume did not work overall I give it a 8.5 outta 10」

「The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...

「Every staff member we encountered were absolute gems! Incredible nice and helpful. The room itself was very basic, no "wow" amenities or features but completely fine for our stay.」

「our room was horrible holes in the doors holes in the wall plastered all over the place paint all over the place. The breakfast sucked. There was hardly nothing to choose from not enough of it. Your whole hotel was very dirty inside and out. Windows were not clean. Dogs were in the pool area. Hallways were filthy holes and holes all over the place was in the elevators that stunk, but the staff was wonderful.」
