Plus Florence - Hostel
A clean and modern hostel. A bit of a walk from the main tourist sites. We had a shocking experience checking in, the reservation system was down and the Reservation Manager was very rude and aggressive - totally unacceptable behavior.

IQ Hotel Firenze
Wow!!! The staff at IQ are super friendly and very accommodating. For example, they asked us if we want breakfast packaged the next day because we were leaving 4am in the morning! The place is super clean and breakfast was great!

We enjoyed our stay in our bungalow. The room was very clean and the staff were attentive. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didnt like was the bus route. We didn’t remove a star since it wasn’t the hotel fault, but it wasn’t reliable nor frequent.
