You get what you pay for. Small but clean room, very uncomfortable beds, 10 min walk to central part of town, no parking possibilities, an ok breakfast but no high quality. Security is not good since keys hang on hooks that anyone can reach, no one saw when I took our key.

Loved my stay at Villa Rosa! The toilet was clean with plenty of towels, the AC was a life saver at night, breakfast was OK. Most importantly its a 5 min walk to an amazing beach and plenty of dining options

Struttura essenziale, un po datata e che necessiterebbe un po di rinnovamento. Lo spazio denominato Solarium lo chiuderei per evitare brutte figure: 20 mq di cemento con una sdraio di plastica consunta e il condizionatore come mobilio. Personale cortese , colazione sufficientemente. 500 m dal centro posizione relativamente comoda per soggiorno di un weekend

Comfortable walk from and to Station for trains Cinque Terre. Close for exploration Bay of Silence (lovely swim there) and Bay of Fairies. Supermarket close. Room fresh nautical theme all mod cons. Excellent breakfast with soft boiled egg cooker as well as all the usual variety of sweet and savory Italian breakfast. All staff helpful and friendly. Only negative is thin walls and ceilings and you hear every cough, toilet flush, security shutter raise.

Nice stay in Sestri

A very nice small hotel, close to the railway station and within walking distance to the beach. The room and bathroom were small, but with inventful details to make the most use of the small space. Decent breakfast. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

In estate avere a disposizione il condizionatore la sera dalle 18 alle 04 del mattino lo trovò alquanto assurdo perché alle sei di mattina ti svegli in un bagno dì sudore con relativo disturbo del riposo. Non mi si parli di questioni ecologiche. Per dormire tranquillo sarei stato disposto a pagare la differenza.

Clean, quite & centrally located.

Hotel Villa Rosa is a nice little hotel in the heart of Sestri Levante. We are traveling on bicycles and our host checked us in quickly and smoothly and provided safe storage for our bikes. Our room while small, was clean and comfortable. The en-suite bathroom also provided the necessary amenities. Breakfast was good, with all the staples including fresh baked goods, meat and cheeses, cereals, coffee, etc. A nice touch at breakfast was the freshly sliced strawberries, pineapple and kiwi fruit. There were also plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We would definitely recommend the Hotel Villa Rosa.

L'hôtel est bien placé. Attention, places de parking limitées à 2heures. Il faut ensuite déplacer le véhicule à une centaine de mètres... la première personne rencontrée était charmante. Par contre le reste du personnel par la suite, sans plus. Chambre au 4e, petite, et salle de bain petite. Le tout très propre. La literie n'était pas bien : matelas dur et creusé par le nombre de clients. La chambre disposait d'un petit balcon, appréciable. Attention : chambres mal insonorisées... très désagréable (télé du voisin, chasse d'eau, douche, machines à laver le linge de l'hôtel...). Le petit déjeuner est correct, mais le personnel semble surveiller (ce qui n'est pas agréable) et ne recharge pas suffisamment les plats à partir de 9h15 ! Un solarium est disponible tout en haut des escaliers. Très proche du bord de mer et du centre.
