"We had a mix of positive and negative experiences during our stay. The check-in staff was wonderful—very kind and welcoming—and even surprised my son with a birthday treat, which we truly appreciated. However, our experience at the pool was very disappointing. As a family, we frequently travel with our autistic son and share our experiences to help other families feel more comfortable traveling, as it can be challenging. Unfortunately, a staff member handled a situation with our child in a way that lacked patience and understanding. Our child needed a moment to regulate, but the situation escalated quickly, and inappropriate comments were made that were upsetting and unprofessional. Additionally, an item that was taken by staff for safekeeping was not handled appropriately, which added to the situation. We understand that staff have rules to enforce, but interactions with children—especially those with additional needs—should be handled with care, empathy, and professionalism. We hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for other families."

"Clean rooms, staff was friendly and when we needed for them to bring extra towels they were very quick about it. Conveniently located, just a short easy 8-10min walk from Daikin Park. "

"Once you venture past the Lobby and reception areas, the hotel was generally all very tired and a bit scruffy. The Breakfast set up is a total joke, queuing at the bar to order, only one staff member taking orders and making all the coffees etc. After waiting for ages even the food was disappointing. "

"We had a great stay this weekend! Anything you needed was in the hotel. Great food and drinks! Pool and hot tub were awesome! We will definitely add this to the list of hotels to stay at in Houston "

"Honestly I didn’t like it and i wouldn’t stay there again. I can see why other people might but there is no parking, they charge 55 for valet but if you call front desk they assure you it was 35… so I don’t know who’s stealing. Plus if you have bags you’re lottery going to have to walk to the entrance because due to train rails you can’t get to the front which is not advertised on the description. Overall, thank god it was only one night "

"Clean room and the location is ideal for walking around downtown and the metro rail is 2 blocks walking distance away. "

"Halls are very dark, AC was spotty, breakfast pre wrapped continental take out- lobby bar was poor, and pool bar not open during the day on Saturday. My advice is stay elsewhere "
