「環境很不錯，一棟一棟的小木屋住宿，房間有廚房很方便。但放在自動洗碗機內的杯子沒洗乾凈。住3晚，第2天開始下雪，退房當日下雨水及雪，因草皮地及石坂路較不方便撐傘及拖行李，所以在早上7點前先分批將行李放上車，7點半用早餐，8點多回到房間，尚未退房，想刷完牙再拿放在浴室的盥洗包，不知為何只剩牙刷、牙膏及洗髮精被平放在盥洗臺上的毛巾上，我的網狀立式盥洗包不見了！有點可惜。」

「We loved our stay with Marko and his family during our visit to Plitvice Lakes Park. We booked two rooms for our family of 5 - one large 3-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, and then one double room in the other building. Everything was comfortable, modern, and spacious. On checking us in, Marko gave us advice on the best way to see the park. Using the 3rd entrance, which is just down the road, is the way to go! You can use tickets for either entrance 1 or 2 at the 3rd entrance. Definitely...

「A fantastic place to stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful in suggesting how to tackle Plitvice Lakes in the time we had to maximise our visit. We were offered a home cooked evening meal for €20 for 2 courses. It was delicious and well worth considering if you stay here, just note you need to pay in cash for the meal. We hope to be coming back here at a different time of year to experience the incredible lakes and will definitely be staying here.」

「Booked and prepaid for 3 rooms through Expedia weeks ahead. Arrived at hotel night of and reception acknowledged they received the reservation, but that they gave our rooms away accidentally and had only 1 room left for 5 people. After scrambling to find another hotel for the night, we contacted Expedia for a refund and they kept trying to reach the hotel to approve the refund but nobody would pick up. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend it.」
