"We enjoyed our stay, excellent value for money, spotlessly clean, great breakfast, delicious evening meal ( you need to book ahead) with very local home made specialties that were very welcome after eating restaurant food for a week. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating including with my food intolerances. Hotel is well located to enjoy the cultural attractions nearby. I would have liked a mini fridge and a bigger shower but would happily stay here again. "

"Novel concept on water but stationary. Some rocking of boat due to weather. Exterior had been damaged in storm the day before. Cozy small space but fine for a couple. Nice touch with excellent breakfast basket. Not much of a view - big window opens facing dock and shore. Came in winter so mostly kept things closed up and heat on. Experience would surely be different in summer. Stayed twice in different units. First was with bunk bed, and top bunk was awkward for adult getting in and out on...

"Hotel is good. Surrounding area is scruffy and tired. Beach is also scruffy. If the hotel was in a different location I would use it again but the area completely lets it down. Thats a shame."

"Upon arrival, I got there about an hour before designated check in. My room was ready and they graciously allowed me to check in a little bit early. On top of that, they also stored luggage for two of my friends I was traveling with before they flew out later that evening at no cost. Although it’s in a more residential/business location, it is conveniently not far from the airport, and also very near a bus line that takes you directly to the center city of Cagliari.
