「Room was excellent Bathroom great. Staff spoke Spanish had to use translate app. Room only, had to leave hotel for all other things. Staff was helpful when I needed to print a document from email. Be prepared to use WhatsApp.」

「Great stay, centrally located, friendly staff, good breakfast. Our only complaint was the.noise coming from the bathroom vent, we herd our neighbors a bit. But, closing the bathroom door stopped the noise. I'd stay at the Plaza Portal again for sure!」
