「Ein großer Schmerz für mich ist der Strand 😅 es war mal eine wunderschöne Strandanlage mit kostenlosen Strandzelten, leider hat das neue Management entschieden alles abzureißen und Volleyball und Fußball Felder da aufzustellen und den Strand hinter der Brücke zuverlegen. Ein großes Fehler!! Was das Essen angeht ist es auch schlechter geworden, besonders die Fleischauswahl. Mein Fazit ist, Cesar war besser und Selectum hat noch viel Luft nach oben.」

「We stayed in the resort for the first time with family for a week. Overall the staff is very polite and their service is excellent. The bedroom is very nice but some appliance can do updating. Food is excellent and the Italian a la cart is the best and we go there pretty much every day and no booking needed. The pool and the beach is nice and it's cleaned every evening by staff. We would definitely return to this resort with our any problems.」

「Poor customer service. We were left to find out own rooms on arrival with wrong directions. Staff allowed people to que jump at the main reception despite me telling them that I have been queuing for a while. For the price and the supposed 5 star rating I was expecting 5 star service. You will find a better hotel in the same area for the same price or cheaper without a doubt. Staff customer service 2/10 Food quality was at best 5/10 Room cleanliness 8/10 (they did not change bedsheets...
