Ein großer Schmerz für mich ist der Strand 😅 es war mal eine wunderschöne Strandanlage mit kostenlosen Strandzelten, leider hat das neue Management entschieden alles abzureißen und Volleyball und Fußball Felder da aufzustellen und den Strand hinter der Brücke zuverlegen. Ein großes Fehler!! Was das Essen angeht ist es auch schlechter geworden, besonders die Fleischauswahl. Mein Fazit ist, Cesar war besser und Selectum hat noch viel Luft nach oben.

A Wonderful Birthday Week and Amazing Vegan Experience – 10/10 I surprised my wife with a week at Selectum Noa Belek for her birthday, and we had such a wonderful experience. What really made our stay stand out was how much the staff went out of their way to make her birthday feel special. As vegans, we were really impressed with the food options throughout the resort. The main restaurant already has a great selection of vegan options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks throughout the day. But the team took it even further for my wife's birthday. Yusuf at Guest Relations worked with the chef at the Italian restaurant to create a special seven-course vegan dinner just for us. It was incredible! Each course was thoughtfully prepared, and the staff made the entire evening feel like a real celebration. They even arranged another special vegan dinner for us at the main restaurant during our stay. We also treated ourselves to a spa day and really enjoyed both the services and the relaxing atmosphere. More than anything, it was the kindness and care of the staff that we'll remember. They genuinely wanted us to have a great experience and made my wife's birthday something we'll both remember for a long time. If you're vegan and considering staying here, you can feel confident that you'll have plenty to eat and that the staff will take great care of you. We had a fantastic week. 10/10 for the food, service and wonderful staff!

Wir hatten ein Standard-Familienzimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer waren jedoch so klein, dass wir gegen einen Aufpreis von 40 Euro pro Nacht in eine sogenannte „King Suite“ umziehen mussten. Von einer „King Suite“ kann allerdings keine Rede sein – ein König würde dort wohl kaum freiwillig übernachten. Besonders ärgerlich: Später erfuhren wir, dass dieselben Zimmer anderen Gästen für nur 30 Euro pro Nacht angeboten wurden. Wir fühlten uns dadurch schlichtweg über den Tisch gezogen. Auch der allgemeine Zustand des Hotels ist enttäuschend. An den Wänden bröckelt der Putz, die Aufzüge sind extrem klein, bieten maximal drei Personen Platz und sind nicht klimatisiert. Die Flure zu den Zimmern sind tagsüber unerträglich heiß und stickig. Am Pool besteht aus unserer Sicht sogar ein Sicherheitsrisiko: Die Kanten sind teilweise messerscharf, und mehrere Gäste haben sich dort verletzt. Auch im Restaurant herrscht deutlicher Personalmangel. Die wenigen Kellner sind trotz großer Bemühungen überfordert, wodurch der Service häufig zu kurz kommt. Wir sind mit hohen Erwartungen angereist und wurden auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Unser Fazit: Eine große Enttäuschung. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen und können es definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so and not very strong. So beaches, children's club, amphitheater and disco are out of range. The children's facilities are great! Really! they are clean, the stuff is attentive. There is even a baby sleeping bedroom. Very cute. The room cleaning service remains a puzzle to me. Although they clean daily and change bed and towels, they do not touch anything above floor. Literary, all the empty plastic cups and boxes remained there for several days till I cleaned them. All in all not a great place to return to.
