「I have stayed here many times, this time it was for a friend's birthday. It was her first time in Palm Springs and she loved this hotel. This place can get really busy and there are only a few employees (The Reef), so if you are impatient, I would advise you not to go here. The employees are friendly and great, just have a lot to do and tiki drinks take time. Love it here!」
