"We were allocated a room by the train track. I assumed the hotel would have had some decent sound proofing but this was clearly not the case. The noise became more obvious once we were out for the day around 9pm. It was unbearable for us and we asked to move to a quieter room. At the time of the request there was nothing available. I asked to cancel the room so we would find another hotel. I was told we could not cancel but I insisted we had no choice as we would not be able to rest before our flight the next day. After about 10 minutes we were told there was another room away from the train track and this was much improved. The staff were generally kind and helpful."

"Very nice and friendly staff. They all lead with speaking English. A lot of non Koreans there. Reasonably priced buffet breakfast for a good spread. Gym is tiny - one chest press, dumbbells, two treadmills, water bubbler. Rooms relatively small but nicely furnished. Best water pressure in shower. Would recommend but on the pricier side"

"The hotel was in an excellent location that made it easy to get to via the Metro and also easy to walk to many of the sights around. Many other aspects of the room and facilities were excellent. The 2 things preventing this being a 5 star review were the breakfast which was good but without a huge choice and was not replenished as much as we would expect, and the layout of the suite which was quite cramped with too few lights and sockets and a bizarrely placed tv."

"We are a family of 5 and planning a trip for 5 isnt the easiest. The hotel rates are reasonable and had everything we needed. The hotel is in the same building as Ramada hotel where the airport bus 6702 stops right in front. You have to go to the 7th floor to use the kiosk to check in. The checkin was the quickest as I only had to enter my name in the kiosk. The staff was there to sign out an extra card. The room was spacious and had kitchen even with a rice cooker. Whatsapp messaging to staff was convenient and they respond quickly. Laundry detergent wasn't in the room but the staff brought it to the suite promptly when asked. . Lotte mart near Seoul station is less than 10 minute walk and they kept our luggages as we are heading to Busan and returning back. I would stay here again."

"First of all the location is perfect! Close to all the main attractions, metro and bus stations! The staff was kind and helpful, the room was impeccably cleaned every day, the view was amazing!! Breakfast was good but almost the same every day, some changes would be nice. One negative element though.. We were a couple and out 11 year old daughter and there was only one bed and it was not even king. It was barely comfortable but we managed..."
