We saved so much by staying at the Ryu Guest House instead of a Marriot or Holiday Inn. It was like apartment studio living abroad in Sinsadong, Gangnam, Seoul, SK. Everything was walking distance to Metro, Food, Groceries (CU Market), Bars (Kompact Record Bar), Coffee Houses (Milestone) and Garosugil (Trendy Area). We felt very safe as well. Say hello to Denny for us from Heeyun & Tony :)

Stay was comfortable and people are helpful Only one thing is always bad that people from China is no manner and break our peaceful stay made uncomfortable Hope one day they learn how to stay with other people comfortable each other

Stayed 10 days in somewhere like suite. Private entrance and room with inside facilities of rice cooker, microwave, gas range, laundry washer and 2 door refrigerator. Seemingly a little bit small space for 2 adults but a decent place at decent price in Gangnam of Seoul if you stay longer than a week and use public transportation.

Nice dormitory, missing breakfast
I was lucky to share with caring people who know how to share dormitory except this mainland Chinese person who is selfish and no publicl manner And prople who are working there is very helpful and Danny also friendly Only no breakfast service anymore due to Corvid was very dissapointed.

The owner was very friendly and super helpful. He insisted on carrying my bags and explained everything in detail to me. My doggo and I loved our short stay there! I actually wish I stayed another night! Highly recommend if you need a nice place to stay with or without your doggo!

It is a nice place.
It was not betrayed by other people reputation People in hotel are nice and present and location is a nice and breakfast is good Only missing is no elevator. Denny is a nice host.

The staff is very helpfull, the breakfast is good .Tv, internet ok all facilities are in walking distance. Close to Apjyeong station and bus stop to airport. Korean people are very friendly and eager to help foreigners!.

Best Guest House
Amazing guest house! Denny is so helpful and friendly! The best! Close to lots of nice shops, the station is a few blocks away, and since it’s away from the main road it’s nice and quiet. Definitely staying here the next time I visit Seoul. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Lovely Place, Close to PT and Food
Denny, the manager is amazing! I contacted the hotel via email to request an map. The map was very helpful from the nearest Metro (subway) stop. Every inch of the lobby, kitchen and lounge were clean for a germophobe like me. I stayed on the 2nd floor in the women's dorm, with 4 beds. There is a door that separates the bedroom from the spacious bathroom. I used it as a changing area. There is a large closet-like locker that you create a 4 digit password for. There was enough room for my shoes on the lower level, to hang clothes high and to store carry-on luggage above lower level. There is a sitting area with a table and chair. Towels are stocked in the bathroom medicine cabinet and shower shoes are provided. There are two detachable shower head options. The A/C control is accessible to keep the room as comfortable as possible. My only complaint was the bathroom had several strands of hair on the floor, sink and walls. This was due to at least one of the girls who were staying there for several days, which is probably why the bathroom floor was not swept before a new guest arrived. There are plugs everywhere. I requested an additional towel to wipe off the sink so I could comfortably put my toiletries there. Breakfast is a nice spread that you prepare yourself, with plenty of beverage options. Hope to stay here again the next time I visit Seoul.

Good guesthouse with awesome location in gangnam
The guest house is really nice. My room, the basic twin was huge, the staff are absolutely amazing and you are very close to cool places in gangnam and to the river park. There are loads of coffee place and restaurants within a few minutes walk, and the subway is also really close! So in short location is great

本当にとても快適に過ごしました。 お部屋もすごく綺麗です。清掃が月水金にあり、タイルなどの備品も交換してくれます。 台所にはフライパンやお箸、スプーンや調理用具も用意されており、部屋に洗濯機も物干し竿もあります。 外に喫煙所もあり、コンビニが徒歩1分以内にあるので買い物には困りません。 外は寒かったのですが、暖房も完璧に作動し何不自由なく過ごしました。 オーナーさんもとても親切で優しい方で、また韓国へ行く際にはここを利用しようと思いました。 ありがとうございました！

Ryu House is ideal place to stay if you plan to stay in Seoul for couple of weeks to do cosmetic procedures or surgery. It's in walking distance to JK and many other cosmetic facilities/hospitals. The owner Danny and his emplyees are very thoughtful, kind, responsive, and supportive.

スタッフの方がとても親切に対応してくださり、特にチェックイン時は飛行機のディレイで21:00に間に合いませんでしたが、エクスペディアのサポートチャットを通して連絡をし、22:00まで待っていただけて本当に助かりました。 私は4人部屋のドミを利用しましたが、広さも十分でシャワールームのすぐ手前に施錠できるロッカーもあり、縦長で衣類をかけるスペースもありました。 洗面台の蛇口から出るお水があっちこっちに飛びますがお湯はしっかり出ますし、シャワーも安定してお湯が出ました。お手洗いにトイレットペーパーを流せるのも有り難いポイントです。
