It's very conveniently located to the night market and restaurants. The downside is the hike up to it initially with all the luggage if you took public transit to get there. The walls are thin and the beds/pillows are not the most comfortable, but that's what it is for hostels. Its economical and it works.

The property is uphill from public transportation. we did not have anybody with medical conditions that contra indicated staying at the Silletti’s so it was a nice off the beaten path location to stay. However, if you did have one of your guess that had a medical condition something to keep in mind as you may need a taxi to drop you off at your hotel.

Kids and I like the breakfast every morning. The room and bathroom are tight however the hotel is located in Myeongdong and walking distance to the subway station and the commercial area. Kudos to umma for the breakfast. We check out early however, we needed a place to safely keep our luggages while we stroll before heading back to the airport, and the owner allowed us to. We thought that we as really great!

It's a 5mins walk to Myeongdong station. And from exit 3 or 4 tunnel, you can reach Myeongdong street. This property is also near to MyKampungku, if you are looking for halal Malaysian food. But it only opens at 11am. The owner didnt bother you at all. Advisable to bring your own towel if you are used to wearing a big towel, as they only give small towel.

The Location extremely good just .Can be easy walk to Myeongdong Station , Myeong dong night market and Namsan (N Seoul Tower). The room is clean and comfortable more than expected. The room amenity are also included. Breakfast cooked by owner in every morning, toast bread with eggs. The host was very kind. Need to climb a bit to reach the guesthouse.

The floor has heating!
Very safe and secure guesthouse. It is family run and they make you egg and ham for breakfast in the morning, and the rest is self serve. The bins in the room get emptied daily, but the rooms do not get cleaned and the bed doesn't get made/linen doesn't get changed. The bed is very hard. The walls are thin. The rooms is small, but cosy, and in a great location. Floor heating is excellent. Would stay again

Nice guesthouse, 10mins walk to myeongdong
Very nice guesthouse. Pros: 10 mins walk to shopping area and train station, breakfast includes ham and egg, bread and butter amd noodles, laundry and microwaves are also available. Room was enough for 3 persons. The AC was cold enough. Luggage lift available. Cons: the bed was a bit hard to sleep on. the AC makes loud noice like every 3hrs or so. The washroom doesnt have locks but clean.

Owner is very helpful and accomodating. He'd cook egg for guest and bread/jam/soup/coffee/juice are available in the common kitchen. Our family had a great experience staying for 3 nights. The location is very near to Myeongdong station (exit 2 and 3 are the nearest). And walking distance to Seoul tower.

Much easier to book through Expedia than using a well known room sharing app. Prices are just as good. Owner was very kind. Gave us an umbrella for our journey.

Superb location
Location was superb convenient, everything was within distance, myeondong exit 3 is few mins walk, owner was very helpful, speak basic english, room size is average like everywhere else but enough to fit luggage etc, it has heated floor good for winter. Down side was soundproof, i can hear everything from the moment they enter the building, go to their room and opening their suitcases. If your a light sleeper like me you might have difficulty in sleeping. Other then that everything was good. ^^

The location is very convenient as lots of restaurant and cafe around the area and Myeongdong subway station is nearby and you can just walk to places like Myeongdong major shopping street and even Namdarmun. The hotel owner is friendly and helpful. The overall experience was good and the shortfall that I had experience are the room is not so clean as I found hairs on bed, just under the blanket. Another thing is that the pillow is too small and not so comfy.

Nice Guesthouse in Myeondong
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Red Guesthouse. The location was perfect for us. We were only in Seoul for 4 days, which is not long enough, but all we had. We were near markets, Seoul Tower, subway, bus to airport, department stores, Seoul Square, old city gate and palace. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely return to the Red Guesthouse.

For the money we spent on the hotel in Myeongdong, not a single thing to complain about. Breakfast provided in the mornings, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend.

This place is highly recommended. It's near Myeongdong Station Exit 3 and also Namsan Park. We had a late check.in and the owner stayed late for us. Breakfast is included and you can get sandwiches with butter and strawberry, noodles, coffee, tea, and fried egg. The room is clean and the best part is that they have heated floors! They also have hot and cold shower, shampoo and body wash, face towels, slippers,etc. It's also recommended for those staying for a long duration since they have washing machine and mini kitchen inside the room.

Great Place to stay.
Great Location, just minute walks to Subway, and Cable car to Seoul N Tower. Owner is nice, he will fry you egg for breakfast in the morning. And a family photo on check out. I will definitely stay there again next trip to Korea.

Wonderful stay in Red Guesthouse
we have been stay there for 14 nights, for the price and quality of stay we get, I must say we are very happy and enjoy our stay there. Room and toilet are very clean and basic toiletry are all provided, bed and pillow I find pretty comfort. Floor are equipped with heater , so even -10c is no problem at all. Location is very good and only a short walk you can reach myeongdong subway station and myeongdong shopping area. The guest house owner Mr Yang is a very friendly guy and even his English is not good, but his manage to understand and help us every time. His staff also very nice guy too. If we have another's chNce to go Seoul again this will be the place again we going to stay.

概ね満足です。 部屋は水回りも含めて清潔でした。 希望を言うとしたら… 部屋にティッシュがないこと、 バスタオルがないこと、 （フェイスタオルは使い放題です） 鏡の近くにコンセントがないことですね。 荷物用のエレベーターがあったので、 階段でも平気でした。 夜遅くなると、駅からホテルまでの道は 女子の1人歩きは少し怖いです。 2人以上なら問題ないと思いますが^^; あとは坂。ちょっと覚悟いります。

지금까지 다녀본 숙소중 최악입니다 외국인을 상대로 영업을 하다보니...전체적으로 많이 부실하구요 룸컨디션도 최악입니다. 에어컨 곰팡이는 참 예술이고, 거북한 이불냄새, 옆방 소음은 리얼하게 전달됩니다 절대 재방문 의사없구요...숙소가 엉망이라 여행도 엉망이 됐습니다ㅜㅜ 단 한가지 마음에 드는건 욕실 수압이 쌥니다

明洞採購方便，平價住宿的好所在
旅館近明洞站3號出口(有手扶電梯)，回旅館沿路有餐廳、超商，對於旅遊期間的日常用品補充方便，回旅館需要走一小段斜坡，若行程有長輩同行，要稍做評估。旅館主人服務良好，幾乎每天都會整理房間垃圾，整體來說本次住宿很滿意。
