I stayed here for four nights and very much enjoyed it. The hotel was very clean so was our room. The amenities were great! The gym was very well maintained and had all the essential equipment you would need. It’s a very short walk to gwangjang market (5 minutes) and it’s central to the main busses and train stations you would need for going to different parts of the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in Seoul!

Hip hotel in happening part of town. The 20th floor reception area with bar and view of swimming pool was stunning. Rooms were comfortable and clean but quite small. Minor quibbles- tv came on every time you entered the room, concierge was helpless when I asked for dining recommendations, food was good but pricey compared to room charge. Overall good value though

The hotel, though conveniently situated within a 10-minute walk from the major shopping malls in Dongdaemun, appeared to prioritize capacity over quality service. It merely offering the bare minimum for tourists and the staffs are less helpful than other hotels we stayed before (e.g. Marriott and RYSE Autograph Collection). This left much to be desired in terms of the overall guest experience. we stayed at the residence for a week, booked 2 rooms for 3 people, and not one day we were not disappointed. Unlikely to return and not recommend.

I asked the receptionist to call a taxi for me, He said he was going to call the taxi. I was waiting about 30 minutes and didn't get any response from him. I went back to the counter and checked, but there was no one at the reception counter. Not sure why this hotel is rated as a five-star hotel. The service is terrible.

It is okay. Service is great. But Do not expect too much from the hotel. Dongdaemoon shopping area and market price is overpriced than local restaurant or markets. Be aware to pay more than other places. There is no view from hotel.

The location is close to Dongdaemun and Metro station. It is clean and tidy. There is a little kitchen, washing machine in the room. Swimming Pool (they have both Indoor and Outdoor), Sauna (Dry), Fitness Center are free for residents.

Central to many places, 2 blocks from DDP
Given this is Accor's mid-tier offering, one would not expect the excellent service, quality cooking, generous sized rooms and overall super awesomeness. The entire staff is amazing - from the concierge team on ground level, to the front desk, food exchange area, and the cleaning ladies. If you spring for the 'residence' side of the hotel, there is a nice sized room and bathroom to enjoy in quiet with good views of the city on higher floors. The nearby area has plenty to do for a few days, but the key is that a short cab ride away are the cool cafe areas of Seongsu (start at Onion cafe on one end and walk the whole thing), Garosu-gil street in Gangnam, the Starfield library in in COEX mall (Gangnam), the central tourist sites, and even not too far from Hongdae.

I stayed at the residences. My room was nice and clean Washing machine worked fine but I was unable to dry my clothes because the dryer malfunctioned. The technician came in right away but unfortunately I had a flight to catch. Breakfast is very good and worth the price For dinner we ate at a Russian restaurant a block away and for lunch the following day at. Korean BBQ place also near by that was very good. There is a mall about 2 blocks away if you forget something you can purchase here. Internet: very fast

We loved the location in terms of public transportation and walkability of the area. We didn’t like that we had to book the pool as we were never sure what time we were planning on returning to the hotel. As a result we only used the pool once.
