We booked a junior suite and it was a fantastic size. The rooms were clean and the water pressure awesome. The rooms are a little older but it didn't bother us as it was clean and functional. The cafe in the lobby is worth the visit. The overall location of the hotel was great for both walking and metro excursions.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. One staff member was particularly knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for food, shopping, and places of interest around the hotel. The doormen were also very attentive and assisted us with our luggage. We were especially impressed by their kindness and professionalism, as they politely declined our offer of a tip. The café offered a wonderful selection of delicious buns and pastries, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel amenities were also excellent and contributed to a very comfortable stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Good hotel overall. It was fairly central and easy to get to many areas. We had no issues walking and using the subway! The downstairs cafe was also great to grab a bite. The room was average - no windows (it said when we booked). The bed was not comfortable and very hard which was maybe the biggest negative. The room was very clean.

The room was well maintained, however small things like the shower curtain being too short, leading to water being all over the floor was annoying and potential hazard. The buffet breakfast was poor, little options. It was cheap but still not worth it. The Cafe at the lobby was a stand out by comparison. I liked the quieter location on the outskirts of Myeongdong. Had a really nice stay here and in a great location. Well connected with nearby subway lines, really close to Chyeonggyecheon Stream.
