Not the 5 star hotel experience to expect compared to other prestigious five star hotels in other Asian countries or Europe.
The room was nice but the service is far from good, mainly at the front desk where the person who checked us in was showing a lot of attitude for no reason.
Nobody from the front desk even say high or anything at any time of the day, nobody direct you towards the right elevator when you check in (as there are multiple ones and it’s a bit confusing)…
We also asked for a warm drink when we arrived as it was early in the morning and didn’t really get to sleep during our red eye flight and we were basically told we had to go buy one at the bar of the hotel. In any prestigious hotel, you don’t even have to ask , the front desk team always ask you if you want to drink anything as you arrive.
Shoutouts to the room service, cleaning and luggage personnel who were extremely nice and helpful and made our stay a bit more enjoyable! Luggage crew could easily replace the front desk team as they are way more kind and friendly.
In summary a very cold hotel, which seems more adapted for business than for vacation. Even though the room was nice and clean, I don’t recommend it, it’s not worth the money at all. Please lower your expectation if you book there thinking Four seasons is going to be a magical experience, it’s far away from what you probably have experienced in any other country.
