Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the amenities were excellent.

Fantastic staycation
A relatively new hotel in Yeouido with rooms that are quite spacious. It occupies a building complex designed by Richard Rogers and the hotel itself is conveniently connected to The Hyundai shopping mall. Easy access to the subway as well as the bus. Service was great, and the shower and bathtub were all clean and nice. Breakfast buffet is quite good: go for the Chinese-style roast duck.

Great staffs!! Staffs were friendly well trained, and every request was served fast! Super impressed. Great room service menu selection and breakfast buffet! Connected to a huge shopping mall. They are still preparing. You can't be treated enough. I've booked Fairmont Gold room, but that wasn't private check-in. Some rooms have odor in the bathroom. There's no cocktails service on club lounge, even during "cocktail time", and too few choice of foods at cocktails time. Staffs are not experienced, always waiting for my inquiries, feel like Kiosks.

前回宿泊した時に現代百貨店と繋がっているのが便利でまた利用しました。地下で地下鉄の駅に行けるのも助かります。 桜の時期だったので 歩いて漢江沿いの桜も見に行きました。 朝食のバイキングでアワビがあるのも魅力的です 。

Slightly odor from bath room, Staff skill and hospitality are under this price range hotels, Room equipment and amenities are not easy to understand where and what.
