"Our flight arrived in the morning so we had to wait for the afternoon checkin time, the staff was very friendly when we arrived and helped us with local questions and allowed us to store our luggage before we headed out to the city. When we returned the room met our expectations and lower level self service dining area that is available 24 hours was clean, convenient and had basic options along with hot water station with coffee, tea and juice. Which made it convenient for that early morning or late night snack."

"Spacious rooms and bathrooms to help get your ready and relaxed before your flight! It’s also just 10 mins from Paradise City so if you have time to kill, you can go to the spa there. They offer luggage storage and free airport shuttle. Just book it, you won’t regret it. "

"Firstly, the location is great. Right next to exit 1 of the train station, with a CU convenience store attached (24hr and self-service if not staffed). The eating options in the immediate area are good, and the options within short walking distance are incredible. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was a little frustrating as they insisted we use the automatic check-in, but I didn’t see anyone successfully have the key dispensed. Breakfast was worth the money, and the free shuffle service was a bonus (take note that it drops you off at arrivals when you leave, which is fine). Overall I was very happy with the stay, and will look to stay again, but perhaps 3 nights next time to explore more restaurants."

"Incredibly helpful staff who spoke English. Clean ,fresh big room with a large lovely bathroom. No breakfast even though it was advertised. Easy to get a shuttle to the airport by paying.Shuttle times were misleading and always seemed unavailable."
