Hot water took a while before usage. Other than that, stay was comfortable! Clean and many shelves to put our things.

Bad experience

It was a horrible experience for us to choose this hotel. It’s not look like a resort as it was described on the site. I came to check in and my taxi driver could not find the entrance of the lobby. I was standing out of the rain with my 5 years old kid for 30 minutes, finally the driver contacted the receptionist and was told where the lobby was , but it's not the end, they gave us the key and we must walked under the rain to go to our door at anothed building 7 minutes away, the room was smelly and mold, floor was old and dirty , the bed was uncomfortable. it's very bad customer serice, bad location btw. plz hesitate to book here if you don't want to have a forgettable experience

담모라 힐링 여행

산방산 바로 앞에 호텔이 있어 공기도 좋고 창 밖 풍경이 일품 이었어요 편의점 식당이 있어 숙소 이용에 매우 편리 했습니다 힐링 여행이 됐어요

시설은 나쁘지 않은데, 방음이 문제

경관도 좋고 넓고 방도 청결했습니다. 단, 냉장고 소음이 심해서 코드 뽑아뒀어요! 방에 방음이 전혀 안되어서 복도식으로 된 곳의 소음이 방으로 다 전해졌어요! 밤에 다른 숙객들도 인해 몇번 놀라고 깼어요!

제주도 여행중 우연하게 숙박을 하게된 "담모라 리조트" 총8명의 직원과 담모라 리조트 숙박 평가는 "최고예요" 입니다 다시 제주도를 방문한다면 다시 숙박하고픈 리조트입니다 총8명이 숙박하는 데 방3개에 화장실3개 거실과 외부 배란다, 총6개의 침대와 넓은 화장실과 청결함 직원전체가 감동 자체였고 아침에 조식역시 퀄리티가 좋았습니다 숙박당일 비가내려서 외부 잔디밭에서 산방산을 보면서 숯불 바베큐파티를 못하고 온것이 못내 아쉬웁네요 넘 넘 가성비 짱, 퀄리티 짱 추천드립니다.

공사중인 방이 많아서 예약한 방보다 좋은 방으로 업그레이드 시켜주셨어요~ 날씨 좋은 날 묵었다면 더욱 좋았을텐데 비오는 날이라 산방산뷰를 다 못 느꼈네요ㅠㅠ 다음 여행 때 또 예약할 마음 있습니다! 산방산 뷰 대박!!! 앞에 수영장도 있어서 여름에 가면 더욱 좋을 것 같아요

굿

숙박비에 비해 너무 잘 지내고 왔습니다. 화장실 바닥까지 따끈따근한 숙소는 처음 봤어요.. 좀 오래된 숙소인것 같은데 가성비가 높은곳 ㅎ.. 숙소 앞 흑돼지 파는 식당도 좋고 어쨌든 좋았습니다.

가격대비 괜찮았으나 시설이 노후화 되어있고 커튼벽면에 곰팡이가 너무나 많이펴있었어요 환경적인 면이나 접근성은 좋습니다 산방산 근처라서 숙소에서 고라니도 보고 대체적으로는 괜찮습니다

실외 수영장과 주변 환경이 멋진 숙소

산방산이 잘 보이는 깔끔한 숙소 입니다. 메인 건물 주변으로 낮은 건물이 여러동이 있어서 1~2분 정도 걸어야 할 수는 있지만 주변이 조용하고 괜찮습니다. 저렴한 비용으로 숙소 내의 수영장에서 아이들과 함께 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었던 점이 좋았습니다.

자연친화적이나 청결이나 그외 이용시설은 그냥그냥

산방산이 보이는 뷰를 기대했지만, 전혀 보이지 않는 곳에 배정받았고, 일정이 끝나고 밤에 체크인을 했는데, 그때까지도 방청소가 끝나지 않아서, 우리가 오니까 급히 바닥 걸레질 하고 물 급히 채워놓고... 조금 당황스러웠음... 그리고 묵은 건물이 1층부터 불하나 안켜있어서, 왜 이런곳에 배정해주나.. 기분이 팍 상했었음.. 프론트 가서 불켜달라고 하니 불꺼져있는지도 모르셨는지 급히 켜주시더라구요... 방은 둘이 쓰기 넓은 편이였으나, 화장실 청결상태 너무 안좋았고, 심지어 수건걸이도 부서져서 없었고..뭘 걸어놓을수 있는 곳이 없어서 매우 불편했어요. 다시 묵으라고 한다면 글쎄..... 주변은 조용하고 좋았으나 그외에는 별로..
