"飯店的設施很棒，大浴場感覺非常好自己房間裡面的露天泡湯設施也很棒，鍛鍊服務人員的態度非常好客房也很乾淨。但是床與床之間的縫隙好像沒有打掃得很乾淨。"

"前台女職員很有禮貌，酒店整體裝潢結合現代感和傳統日式風格，房間也很整潔，個室溫泉和大浴場也非常棒。交通方面，如果你是自駕游會更方便，這裡自助泊車。如果晚上要去便器店買宵夜，沒有車就會很不方便，附近街道夜晚都是沒人和很黑。關於餐飲，晚餐的特色菜也很好吃，不過如果有傳統日式晚餐能選擇會更好，自助早餐很多選擇，也十分好吃。希望酒店在大浴場對出增添賣咖啡牛奶的自販機。"

"房間有私人風呂是相當方便及享受，令今次渡假加分。用餐是有私人的房間，很窩心及增加用餐嘅舒適感。由步入大堂開始，便要脫鞋，酒店內只能穿着襪或拖鞋，感覺是清潔的。入住前收到酒店的電郵，詢問有關有冇任何食物敏感，很細心。早餐很豐富，十分美味。"

"Thanks for the free upgrade to a room with private bath where with the beautiful view of river. Since it is close to the nature, insects are part of them, just get used to it. The room is spacious with wonderful blackout effect, we can't guess the time even at 1000. It is very impressive, we have completely charged for the nights. The spa is for both sex, swimming suits are required. There is free parking. I surely will come back for another relaxing trip."
