"The hotel has a self check in. Which is totally fine if you don’t have any problems or questions. We got into our room and one of the reading lamps on the headboard was pulled out of the wall and live exposed electrical wires were hanging out. I couldn’t find anyone on the property to tell, so I sent an email with the picture to an email address I found on the website. I got a reply the next morning thanking me for my email. "Very happy with the hotel grounds and staff. While it is not central, it is a quick ride to the town center. We had a fun stay and I attribute that to the gentleman who checked us in. We were tired from our travels and he helped us make suggestions for dinner. We even had an impromptu FIFA watch party which brought the guests together. The room was super clean, modern and comfortable."

"Very high tech"

"Misleading listing - Expedia highlighted pool but failed to mention access costs an extra €14 per person. Staff were unsympathetic & Expedia on-line support was no help. Despite not appearing busy, room wasn’t ready until 4 pm check-in time. Didn’t take breakfast as price seemed inordinately high compared to other options nearby. Location was convenient for old town and castle. Room was fairly standard."

"Clean room, helpful staff, breakfast had yogurt, cereal, meats, cheese, breads, coffee and tea machine. They had options for dietary needs (soy musieli/oatmeal). Super close to train. When a/c not running could hear trains a bit, but not much. Convenient and good stop over location. "

"Convenient location halfway between the Bahnhof and the old town center. The property is a little worn around the edges, but acceptable for a one night stay. Tip on the breakfast buffet: average selection but the only hot food is bacon and eggs. Come at the opening time before it’s all gone. "
