「Could be my favourite hotel. Ever. The staff(owners) are lovely. Gave a tour of the wine cellar which was SPECTACULAR! Like a cathedral. The decor was brilliantly done. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated w all new fixtures. The garden patio was out of a movie. Beds were king size and perfect. I have never stayed in a hotel with more attention to detail. And the town is the most perfect medieval town I have seen in France. We had dinner at Henri IV square...

「The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The restaurant was good. However there is nothing else around. We were on our way to La Rochelle and it was a good stop off point for one night. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Parking very easy and just of the autoroute」

「This is essentially a motel in Villers and as far as motels go, it was fine. The bedding and towels were clean but the room could not be called well-maintained otherwise. There were plenty of insects outside the doors and along the corridors. The fire alarm in another unit went off at 6:00 AM during my stay and remained blaring for around 10 minutes, though I cannot say whether this was actually the establishment's fault or whether the occupant was culpable. 「A pretty misleading description on Expedia. I do not recommend this for families that want to book the room with bunks. The bathroom is shared, there was no soap, hand sanitizer or toilet seat cleaner. It was loud, we had no pillows in our room and the floor was covered in cracker/food crumbs. The garden area was overgrown and full of garbage. And there were stray cats everywhere. We booked 2 nights, stayed for 1 and booked another hotel not too far away.」
