「Hotel lê chantilly was a great experience from start!!! Rafaelo greeted us with very warm welcome. The location is amazing beautiful with lots of things to do around, cultural and nature. 「已經信用卡完成付費，訂了2個房間。當晚9:30到達旅館，員工已下班，必須自助入住，但自助入住的機器壞掉，根本無法自助check in。旅館有電話但完全無法連絡旅館相關人士。當晚不只我們無法入住，還有其他旅客也遭遇相同情形。我們只好摸黑另外付費找旅館，到了將近晚上12:00才成功找到住宿。感覺差勁透了！應該要退費並補償有此遭遇的旅客。」

「Beautiful Chateau. Loverly quaint boutique hotel. It’s just lacking organisation in front of house bar / restaurant service. The food menu is very limited so if you are staying for more than a couple of nights it gets a little tired. Also inconsistency based on chef sometimes the food is amazing and other days it’s average. The Thursday night special restaurant we were excited for was a real disappointment. But again it’s a beautiful place and we greatly enjoyed our stay. 」
