"Hotel in a nice area, close to the underground and not far from a great park where it was easy to relax in. Lots of choices for breakfast and of good quality. Could also play Amazon Prime on main tv, which helped when it poured it down one day."

"We throughly enjoyed our stay. This hotel is very close to a station, so getting around is pretty easy. Tons of eating establishments close by. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the Shibuya Station and famous Crossing. We only gave four stars for the amenities due to finding the bed hard. The staff were amazing, we had to ask for an iron, and it was given immediately. We would not hesitate in booking this place again."

I’m already planning a trip back and the knot will be my first choice at hotel stay. HIGHLY recommended."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were punctual and courteous. They changed the towels and emptied the garbage daily. The front desk staff was also very courteous and accommodating. We forwarded some luggage to the hotel and both bags were waiting for us in our room. The washer and dryer worked well too, even though it took a while to do a load. The only negatives is that the room is on smaller than we expected. No closet either – just some hangers on a rod against the wall. The bathroom fan also stayed on all the time blowing air into the bathroom. There was no switch to turn it off. Plus the bathroom was muggy all the time. It would have been nice if it had better ventilation."

"We had stayed at the hotel in 2023 and were pleasantly surprised to see the rooms had been remodeled. The bathroom and closet are very nice and modern with an attention to zen detail. We had breakfast included and the chef came around every morning bringing to each table the best and freshest out of the oven Madeleine cookies we have ever tasted."

"What a hidden gem that we were blessed to find. Right in front of the trains station. Exiting the building you are welcomed by a Starbucks and 7-11 and restaurants and UNIQLO asks shopping AND AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE. We got the two bedroom with a livingroom and kitchen. The fridge and microwave was a blessing. Just remember this pix to find the entrance pretty tricky"

"The hotel was two blocks from where my son lives near yoyogipark.I don’t know if I would stay there again. We had a suite which was expensive. It faced the park but the noise level outside from cars, ambulances,motorcycles kept me up all night.The staff was great except one annoying staff at the pool.I let my son and his wife swim after we had spent $140 on a seafood salad and two drinks.Then this staff member started yelling at me .Are they staying here.Well they have to go.The pool was empty because it had been raining.However, he really embarrassed my new daughter in law.The manager came and apologized but we didn’t even get an offer of free drinks.So I don’t think I’d stay there again."
