Horrifying experiences, hotel computer system was down and could not issue invoice, and didn’t even have a backup plan to issue customer with a decent invoice.
Paid for the buffet dinner, amazing part was the dishes were ran out and it wasn’t refill or replenish. I am wondering what about those who came to the dinner late without much choices.
Room tidiness were questionable too, could see stain on the table and toilet basin which obviously the room attendant didn’t clean it up, items like toothbrush and towels weren’t replenish .
Hope the hotel management can improve on these areas.
