Value for money hotel near Senai airport
The room is comfy and spacious, bed, amenities, cleanliness and staff are all great. This will be the perfect hotel to stay in if you want proximity to Senai airport and Johor premium outlet. If you want peace of mind and good/ quiet place to rest, this hotel will be the choice.

Good Hotel in Senai
The room was clean and comfortable. Just that the Bathrobe was dirty and one of the light was off. All over the Hotel is very good and very cheap of what you have received.

Room cleanliness was very poor especially toilet, the floor was coverered by hair, the smell of the toilet was bad, mirror was not clean properly there’s white patch. Nice stay!
Overall good , nothing to complain at this price~ worth the money. We check in very late but all goes fast, ask for shaver it come very fast, service is good. Room is very clean and comfort. Breakfast is good too.

Its great to be here.. Have gym and pool facilities. Very comfortable in a room.. Can watch many tv channel.. But need to improve in term of food quality service during morning breakfast..dont serve overcook and undercook foods ..

Clean and comfortable room. No complaints. Location is a big further away from major malls, but it is the best hotel closest to Johor Premium Outlets. Not many eating places within walking distances to hotel.

I stay there 2 nights but my room not been clean. When I returned back to hotel after dinner around 9pm, room found no clean at all. Called to housekeeping but was told no more service at that time! Terrible service! I requested to change room but no avail! I will not stay this hotel anymore; sorry to say that as my whole family felt uncomfortable at all for the 2nd night.

Bad services at its restaurant
Nice clean hotel, HOWEVER their restaurant staffs were not flexible at all in terms of customer services. I was a solo traveler and would like make reservation for weekend lunch buffet. This hotel has only one restaurant other than a cafe. The staffs did not even attempt to make booking for me by saying they are full due to group booking. As far as I observed, this restaurant has lots of spaces and I doubt they can not create a single space for staying guest. Although hotel itself is clean & nice, very bad services.

No Chinese paper provided and check in slow
Don’t even provide Chinese paper despite stay there few time. No courtesy to include as part of the package. Other hotel with this rate would have do more than this. And, check in take time. Maybe due to staff not familiar with the system

Horrifying experiences, hotel computer system was down and could not issue invoice, and didn’t even have a backup plan to issue customer with a decent invoice. Paid for the buffet dinner, amazing part was the dishes were ran out and it wasn’t refill or replenish. I am wondering what about those who came to the dinner late without much choices. Room tidiness were questionable too, could see stain on the table and toilet basin which obviously the room attendant didn’t clean it up, items like toothbrush and towels weren’t replenish . Hope the hotel management can improve on these areas.

Getting to destroy the name value of Impiana
Its overall rate was not regarded bad before, but this time everything was not quite well-organized and maintained. I think that the less customers, the worse the entire conditions in its environment. Even the price seemed extremely cheap to the name value of Impiana, but all services and dirt around every areas made us very unhappy and feel like it triggered allergies.
