Very good shuttle service from hotel to KLIA1 and KLIA2. Just a short ride. Entire hotel is very clean what a pleasant site. Staff are extremely courteous and friendly. An excellent variety of food choices at breakfast. We were upgraded to a deluxe room. Very clean room. When taking a shower one had to be careful as it can be quite slippery when your feet has some soap. When going to the toilet be careful when you stand up as not to bump your nose against the closed sliding glass panel.

When is a Movenpick Hotel not a Movenpick Hotel. When it's in Kuala Lumpur! Firstly note this is a dry hotel, not that is clearly explained before booking. The good stuff the rooms are large and comfortable, and if all you need is a place to rest you weary head before an early flight then this will be fine. But the food is average so don't eat here. But the weirdest thing is you can't even by Movenpick ice cream while at the property. Sort of makes it feel unauthentic.

Stayed here the night before our flight and very glad we did! The staff wonderful and had a couple of gifts for our toddler which was such a nice touch. The room was immaculate and comfy beds. We loved the pool too. The hotel was super quiet. When we checked in we could book a free shuttle to the airport for our flight the next day too which was really handy.

The breakfast was fantastic- we’ve never seen so much food! Loved the chocolate fondue! I wished we known the chocolate fondue is also served everyday between 3-4pm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very luxurious! Wish we were staying longer. The shuttle to the airport was very helpful!

We arrived at the hotel and the staff were great. We quickly got to our room which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of options. Unfortunately the spa was not available which we were hoping to use.
