「Clean inside. Spacious. Customer service responsive but disappointed that it's not allowed to cancel the 3rd day booking despite giving more than 48 hrs notice. WiFi weak in the bedroom. Poor location and suggested for winter stay. Hard to walk to the town centre if poor weather condition. 」

「It's a great hotel, we had the senior apartment and was so lovely to stay in, with terrace. Food wise was good, but vegans/vegetarians need to check that the food has no meat or fish broth in it. Bosnia doesn't really understand non meat eaters yet but I hope that will be catered for better in the future. Good breakfast buffet and will be returning next year.」

「Our second time here. Beautiful surroundings. Great, friendly staff. The whole complex is very clean. The room is as comfortable as any we’ve stayed in around the world. Speaking of which, the breakfast is world class. However, what happened the afternoon we arrived was disappointing, disgusting, and simply baffling. And insulting. We arrived around 4:00 pm (16;00). 「Quite remote from city centre (30mins driving), though providing shuttle on 12nn go and 5pm back from the city centre. Originally, I reserved for 1 family duplex capable for 6 persons. However, two connected 3-persons rooms were provided without individual living room.」

Perfect location, a quick walk into center of Baščaršija without the heavy traffic and noise. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and always ready to help. Everyone speaks English. The room and bathroom was a bit small, but to be expected across Europe. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back!」
