「管家Imade Warta服務很好，有求必應，吹風機太弱有幫我們換新的，冷氣換掉立刻來修，燈壞掉也是立刻來換，嬰兒座椅立刻送來，這個服務品質100分！ 早餐是現做的，口味都不錯，咖啡好喝，果汁是美粒果。 房間跟浴室很乾淨，床有聲音。 出巷子口的Hot bamboo SPA是我們此行做到最滿意的SPA，要選腳踩的那一個。」

「別墅外觀和網上提供的相片是相同的， 但始終有㸃舊， 例如室外浴室及二樓露台休息亭的蓬比較骯髒, 有些燈壞了不能著。 二樓客房燈光不足。 滿意的地方是泳池潔淨，服務員的態度非常好，很有禮貌, 及細心，當我們出外完返來，他們把房間清理得很整潔，還幫我們每間房間及客廳點了蚊香，以防有蚊。 除了每天有豐富的送餐早餐外，原來還有每天下午茶。煮的食物很美味。」

「服務人員都很親切，服務也很快速，還有免費接駁車子到機場，不過超級大隻會飛的螞蟻實在多到不行，還會到房間、床上到處都有，需要隨時緊閉門窗、在門口噴殺蟲劑才得以解決！！真的是唯一的缺點了」
