「管家Imade Warta服務很好，有求必應，吹風機太弱有幫我們換新的，冷氣換掉立刻來修，燈壞掉也是立刻來換，嬰兒座椅立刻送來，這個服務品質100分！ 早餐是現做的，口味都不錯，咖啡好喝，果汁是美粒果。 房間跟浴室很乾淨，床有聲音。 出巷子口的Hot bamboo SPA是我們此行做到最滿意的SPA，要選腳踩的那一個。」

「The people who work here go above and beyond to please the guest. The hospitality they show is top notch. We had the same workers each day making breakfast and cleaning and they were the best, I unfortunately did not get the names.」

「Perfect location, just a short walk to Bintang Supermarket & close to Seminyak & double six beach. Welcoming & friendly staff. Great choice of breakfast & it was delicious. I tried a different meal each morning & loved it. My one bedroom villa's location was a little noisy due to being near the kitchen where scooters are parked & could hear the person talking in the next villa & their tv. But I am a light sleeper so may not effect others. But in saying that I would definitely stay here again....

「Despite being told by Hotels.com that the featured photos were up to date ( Jan 2026 is was told ) it was obvious upon arrival that they were not. Several aspects of the Villa had changed although the overall image was similar, however this location needs some attention. Even the front entrance doors do not open as shown, and the entry curtain has been removed, as had the doors that hid the kitchen area. Various things around the villas need attention like the constant dripping within a wall...

「初到時由於太晚了，車子好像走了很長的小巷才到！但其實只要5分鐘的步行，便可回到繁華的街上，更有一間大型超巿，買紀念品或夜宵都很方便！沿路再走十多分鐘，便可到達水明漾沙灘，玩水，看日落都很容易！」

「We have stayed at this villa 3 times now and have loved it every time. The floor plan for this villa was what sold it for us initially. Having the bed rooms beside each other when we had young kids was perfect.」

「住宿地點很好很方便，villa 裡很安靜很大，私隱度高，地方比想像中清潔得多，每個員工服務態度十好而又熱情。每天早上有員工來為我們煮早餐，每天黃昏有員工為我們在客廳及浴室點蚊香。剛check in 時有員工帶我們到租住單位同時有提供welcome drink. 各種小節帶給我們很深印象，及令我們旅程更為愉快。 很喜歡半開放式的浴室及客飯廳，真的很舒適。游泳池大而又清潔。 如果我再到此區旅遊，必定會再選擇這間villa. 」
