We love staying there, however 2 years running we’ve had to have the fridge replaced (no door to freezer), also only several TV channels have English language. A smart TV would be a huge improvement for those that subscribe. We have seriously had to rethink whether we will continue to book only due to lack of these upgrades.

We went here from a recommendation and I'm pleased we did. The villas were so nicely presented and very spacious. Air con was superb and the whole site was spotless and so well kept. Gardens and trees and flowers were stunning. The staff are what make the place, so pleasent and helpful and nothing felt an issue, super friendly. Most of the villas are outdoor living so you see a lot of wildlife! I loved this personally.

I lover staying here. They let me have an early check in when i booked last minute. Breakfast was awesome every morning. Lots of variety and fresh coffee. My villa was perfect for what i wanted. The pool was nice and clean. Everything was very close by. About 15 minute walk to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again in the future. The staff is super frIendly, the property is very well kept up. Loved it here for 4 days!

We had a fantastic stay in one of the Grand Pool Villa's. We loved that Villa Seminyak was set a bit back from the main strip in Seminyak - it meant that it was a bit quieter and less hectic. The staff were always so friendly and helpful as well. The villa itself is well kept despite showing it's age a little, and the massive private pool and outdoor area was so great! The Lagoon Massage Spa is wonderful - the staff are all so attentive and the treatments were amazing. If we were to fault anything, I'd say that the buffet breakfast is a little underwhelming for the price, but it was definately edible. We'll definitely be back for another stay.

Great quiet peaceful location. Very close to Bintang Supermarket, other shops, and restaurants. Amazing customer service and very courteous and helpful staff. Remarkable daily buffet breakfast. Will definitely be coming back and will recommend you guys to all our friends.

This place is amazing. Our villa with pool was beautiful and relaxing. They accomodated our early arrival since there’s a room ready. Breakfast included was great! Hot and cold were served buffet style. There’s a cafe called Three Coins across the street and their food is also great. Carla spa is about 5 mins walk since we like our massages done late before bed. Overall everything was phenomenal and I would stay here again.

We loved our stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The Lagoon spa services were so nice too. We would definitely stay again! We were there for a family holiday and stayed in a Royal Villa. It was easy with big bottles of water provided, daily turn down service, room service was good, and staff were ready to help at a moments notice with any request. A note for young families - we Hired a pool fence from a local company due to having a toddler and 8 year old. I didn’t realise when I booked the villas are completely indoor/outdoor living so the kitchen and living area is open air. I’m grateful I had the pool fence or we would have been Confined to a room with our 18mo. I also found it hard to manage the (understandably) tiled floor as it became incredibly slippery after the kids went in the pool or when rain came through the open wall. Depending on age of kids I’d probably consider that highly in your decision making. Having said that, it was also such a lovely part of the Villa stay, because the rooms were air conditioned for comfort overnight but you could really feel like you were in Bali in the living areas. It was much easier to supervise the kids in the pool too as the adults sat in the living area, toddy ran around on the grass, and big kids could all be in the pool whenever they liked. I spent a lot of time at friends villas - executive suites. Very similar set up. Just a gorgeous stay and we would definitely return.

I have been trying to stay at this location since I found it on a picture years ago. Once you are in the estate, it is very quiet and peaceful. You are walking distance from the beach, shops, local cuisine, massage spas, restaurants, and mini marts. Don't want to walk, they have a shuttle that can drop you off almost anywhere. The staff was incredibly nice and polite. My bag was very heavy, but they were determined to carry it haha. They all remembered my name and greeted me every time I was out of my room. The free breakfast was definitely a highlight, and a lot of good options. They mixed it up everyday as well. Didn't get to try the room service, but seemed to have a good variety as well. The highlight for me was the POOL!. It was so amazing to just open a door in your room and jump straight into the pool. The pool has a ledge to sit on right outside of your room. Yet once you get into it, it was a good depth for swimming. Room was spacious and could definitely accommodate two people. Bathroom was spacious. Shower had good pressure, and good temp control. Some cons to mention. I stayed in Lagoon villa and overall happy with my stay but the rooms need a little TLC. The doors for the pool felt a little flimsy, and unsure if they were actually closed/locked. I didn't feel unsafe. Some parts of the trim looked patched, but not finished. Minor issue. The bed also was a bit hard for my taste. Possible mattress investment would be good.

Villa Seminyak Estates - review

Had a fantastic stay here, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, they’re cleaned every day to a high standard as well as 2 large bottles of complimentary water - also sprayed every evening to prevent mosquitos. The buffet breakfast is also good, lots of choice and different selection everyday, a good mix of Indonesian & Western food so you can try a bit of everything. They also allowed me to take a tray of food away one of the days. We ate some evening meals at the restaurant also, all meals were nice but nothing outstanding. The service from all staff is impeccable, everyone who works there were really welcoming, friendly and super helpful. Also the security team are really kind too.
