Property was not well maintained, outdoor tiles were chipped(can easily cause accidents) & felt the the villa was a bit run down. Staff was friendly. Reasonable for the room rates.

Location was outstanding - right in eat street and a short walk to the beach. Even though it was in the centre of Seminyak the Villas were quiet and there wasn’t any noise from the pubs and restaurants close by. Staff were very polite and helpful and the villa was lovely. We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent location in Seminyak. Even tho it was close to main street we did not get much noise at all. Private pool was great as well as out side shower and giant bath.

Private pool villa was perfect and villa is in a great location with plenty of restaurants within a short walk (highly recommend Ultimo). En-suite was a great size however became very hot at night and the air conditioner wasn’t quite up to the challenge to cool it down. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Overall, very pleased with our stay and would definitely come back.

The outdoor pool area, was adequate, but the interior needs repairing. Holes in ceilings, rotting soil in the outdoor show area, doors timber cracking, fascia of wardrobe fallen off looking very tacky. Stains all over bath tub, linen bath towels stained. Overall the bath and toilet facilities very poor. Breakfast very average.

We liked having breakfast to our villa everyday and food was always good. Reception staff were very helpful. Location to shops and restaurants was great. Villa was always cleaned daily. Didn't like the bed it was very hard and uncomfortable.

We only stayed for a night, but there were a few problems...air con didn’t work, fridge didn’t work & they had to replace the safe. But it was a great location, central Seminyak 🙌

Positives - good location, in the middle of shops and restaurants - service was friendly - breakfast was decent, good variety - room service was well priced - villa was very spacious and the pool was huge Negatives - WIFI was very bad - hot water didn’t work, took about 30 mins to warm up - the kitchen cupboards were very old and kind of falling apart - no mosquito cover around the bed (we stayed in the honeymoon villa)

Horrendous Experince
We had booked the honeymoon villa with private pool for 2 weeks. On arrival the hotel looked OK but was in a dark alley off the side of a busy street, not the honeymoon experience we imagined at all. We found out that there was a problem with our villa and would have to wait for it to be fixed. They offered us a 'upgrade' for one day which was a complete sham of a building. Me and my partner hardly slept that night and we were constantly harassed by bed bugs. The next day they claimed to have fixed the problem with the building, only to discover that the problem was not fixed (we had no idea what this was). We had to wait for 4 hours in the reception unable to do anything as we waited for this problem to be fixed. After finally getting into the room we requested things were OK but not brilliant, we had rude hotel staff barging into our villa without ringing or knocking. One evening we were in bed and they had come into the villa and started opening doors after I had locked them the previously, we no longer felt safe so we made sure all our belongings were locked in our case. The breakfast offered is a set menu and you can pick a small range of options. After a few days of this breakfast we started to feel ill and sick so we decided to get our own. The villa also does not provide any proper cooking utensils we had one pot to boil things with, no pans, etc. We asked for 1 nights stay worth to be refunded, we are still waiting for this to happen. Never going back here again

The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Moreover, the handyman always showed up to fix the toilet as soon as we called the receptionist. I got the email from the villa when we were checking-in at the airport ‘cuz my son left his device at the villa. That service was impressive!

Spacious villa close to everything
Although the villas are in a great spot close to restaurants and shops I wouldn’t stay here again as I found them overpriced for what you get. The rooms were spacious and ok but the kitchen area was very dated. The oven didn’t work, the only power point near microwave didn’t work. The tap at the sink was ready to fall off this was disappointing.

The Club Villas Seminyak is a very comfortable and relaxing environment. The private pool and Balinese landscaping is just terrific however the villas do need a overhaul as there are obvious signs of major wear and tear. We booked the villas for a great price however I wouldn’t be impressed if I had paid full price. Staff and service are excellent and the location is quiet off main streets but close to good sports bars, restaurants and entertainment. They don’t have a buffet breakfast but the Indonesian room service breakfast was delicious. Overall, I was very happy with this accommodation.

Fantastic Stay
The villa was lovely and in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. The food provided by the villa was below average and you can get more amazing meals at any of the restaurants on eat street.

Villa's location is awesome
My boyfriend and I are very pleased overall. We loved that there are plenty of eateries like pubs/bar, bistros, restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Ku De Ta was also about 10-15 minutes walk away from the villa. Although we did not expect to get a different/older looking villa as compared to the ones I saw online... we were happy with the excellent service provided.

Nice hotel and good location
We spent 9 nights at The Club Villas and could not be happier with our stay. The Villas were in the perfect location, close to all the restaurants and and easy walk to the beach and the Seminyak shops and markets. The room and pool was cleaned everyday by staff and they even came around each evening to provide mosquito coils and spray for insects. We ordered room service once and the food was great and well priced. Would definitely recommend The Club Villas for those looking for an awesome location in Seminyak.

Awesome Location
We loved the overall experience of the Villas! The hotel wanted to upgrade us, but we declined as the honeymoon suites was more than enough for us. really awesome experience overall, however, we were quite disappointed with the bed linens and the towels, they were dirty.

Great location and very nice villas
The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the middle of Seminyak Square. The staff were great too. The only minor issues we had was the WiFi wasn't very reliable and some of the breakfasts we ordered weren't that good.

We had difficulties with overbooked Villa's at the start of our stay. With perseverance and very helpful staff we were able to sort things out but it was very annoying as we had to move villas two days after arriving. Very inconvenient. Some dodgy plumbing and a central pool with minimal seating but otherwise staff very helpful and villas very clean. The layout of the two bedroom family villas worked very well (once we got there) and they were very centrally located and quiet at night. However our two teenage children had to share a large king sized bed! Apparently "family" doesn't include the idea of single beds! There was not a lot of information available at the Villas themselves on what to do and how to get around. Very central to restaurants/shops and just a short walk to the beach. The Villas are across two locations, so if booking as a group can be tricky. Our initial Villa ( that we were put into due to the overbooking ) was awful and quite run down. We moved from that into two separate one bedroom villas (lovely but only possible as we had older children) before finally moving to the lovely family villa. Staff always helpful and polite, but we were disappointed at the messy start to our stay. The Villas had lovely outdoor living spaces with aircon in the bedrooms.

Great location, but the rooms are looking a bit tired and need an update. The towels need replacing as they are looking grey. The room was very 'beige' needs a make over. Please don't listen to the whingers and wowsers THIS PLACE IS AWSOME. We stayed in villa 31 (family pool villa)and OMG from the front gate I was number 1 with the family because the Villa was sooo awesome. The private pool was massive each of the 2 villas were excellent and the bathrooms are massive(shower, separate bath, cold shower after pool) as my daughter said the bathroom was bigger than her bedroom at home. The staff are all very friendly all the staff that you deal with directly speak good English it's just the behind the scenes staff ie pool man, gardener, maintenance don't speak a lot of English but who cares. They have security at the driveway entrance. You order the breakfast the day before and it gets delivered and set up at your villa, so breakfast by the pool every day!!! I can't recommend this place enough if you can you definitely should book it, IT IS SOOO AWSOME

We had a lovely time except for a few things.
Overall we had a lovely time at Club Villas. The location was good, the staff were helpful and nice. The villa was clean, the breakfast served in the villa was yummy but the coffee was not hot on the first morning but this was quickly taken care of for the rest of our stay when we brought it up to the staff.:) We did not appreciate a few things though. While the villa was clean, some of the fittings were coming apart like the doors to the kitchenette cabinet, the wooden doors at the entrance to the villa couldn't close properly. The towels we were given were old, fraying and dirty looking. The sink at the kitchenette had a trap that was so old and dirty, I couldn't quite bring myself to look at it. It would be good if these things can be changed. Other than these my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind going back to club villas.

Fabulous honeymoon villa with amazing private pool. Only 100m from main strip of shops and restaurants but Sao quiet it feel like a world away. Wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights!

Very good location , close to restaurants and shopping. The resort itself was a little dated. Breakfast was always only warm due to delivery from a kitchen some distance away. As stated there was supposed to be a microwave but it did not have one. It would have been good to heat up breakfast to a suitable temp. Kitchenette very limited.

This is the third time we've stayed at Clib Villas. Every time is better than the time before. The staff are so helpful and pleasant Yulis and Riska in reception made a huge effort to make our stay comfortable.
