Beautiful facility, amazing views from the back of the hotel, the rooms were big and had comfortable beds (the pillows were a little hard). Its pretty for from Ciampino airport and train station, so Uber fees were kind of high.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience. Staff were not very friendly or accommodating. We were told we would have a space enough for 4 people but we had a double bed and a tiny twin bed.. that fits MAXIMUM 3 people. Breakfast was great but otherwise I wasn't pleased with how our service ...
