「Great hotel in middle of Montepulciano ancient city, our hosts were very pleasant and helpful, Roberto is super fun to talk with and shared me lots of tips for rest of trip in Italy. The terrace on top of the building is special, you can find mature trees growing on it, very quiet place to have breakfast and chill during evening. Very happy I booked that hotel, would go back without hesitation. PS: do not enter the ZTL zone with car !」

「The room is big and the city is lovely. but it's really really troublesome to park the car due to the hotel is located in ZTL zone. You have to park your car somewhere outside of the old town, and walk to the hotel to figure out how to park, then get a green card from the reception to display it on your windshield to avoid being fined by the police when drive in to unload the luggage, then drive out of the old town to find a parking space, then walk back to the hotel (6-8 mins walk). 「Everything is so great. The host Sandra is so helpful and quick response for our needs. The views of Agriturismo area are so stunning , we expect to appreciate the different views every day ( sunsets, foggy morning, clouds…etc) We have stayed in 3 days and preferred no where to go but enjoyed the calm vibes there. Strongly recommend to spend a longer weekend with beloved family/friends, re-find the real you. 」

「We had a great time for two nights at this beautiful property with really friendly staff. The spacious apartment and the nature around the property as well as the proximity to Montalcino were perfect for a relaxing time. The little winery was excellent and the wine tasted really good. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!」
