「The staff are exceptionally friendly but the overall cleanliness of the hotel needs to improve and updates need to happen. Daily housecleaning is offered but the hotel needs some more attention. A profound deep cleaning and paint job. Gym was great and location is not too bad. Pool cleanliness is questionable so I avoided it. You can always get about using local taxi apps. 「First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. However, it’s how they handled the situation. We had an extra person visiting us, they were going to stay somewhere...
