「The photo and naming of "spa" was deceitful. The building in the photo is there and is beautiful, but my room was not in that building it was in the building next door. There was nobody there during arrival. I was let in by the owner's husband who happened to be passing by. When I decided that I could not stay in the room and needed to leave there was nobody in reception and also nobody answered my calls. Since I was not issued a remote control to open the gate, I had to go to another room...

「Best points: location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, plenty of hot water, charming ambience. Not so good: rickety shower frame (kept coming out of its grooves), mini split heater out of order so a space heater had to be brought in, room was rather cramped for two people」

「The room was spotless and very comfortable. The establishment is very user-friendly and meets all the needs of guests. The staff are friendly and very helpful, which makes your stay so enjoyable. The food is divine and prepared on time as requested. We will definitely visit again and it is perfect for an overnight on your way to other destinations. 「I was disappointed to get there and be told they didn't see my booking and the place was fully booked. I got allocated a random room of someone who did not come back, not the room I picked and paid for. When I took a shower the room got filled with water going all the way to the bed. The basin was also leaking. The room was full of spiders and spider webs all over. I will not be booking there again. I didn't even bother going for breakfast this morning. 」

「I never saw any pool, the check in was horrible especially one member of staff whom they said was a manager/ owned she was horrible, the rest of the staff were brilliant 👏 😉 」
