"Difficult to find in the dark Beds uncomfortable with small rooms, nowhere to open a case No instructions for boiler or hot water. When we did work out the boiler, only 2 of us had a shower because the water was too hot and dangerous, we couldn’t get it any colder the temperature control in the shower did nothing. The bathroom was musty and grimy and like a caravan size pod. "

Only downside for us was some minor dirty bits that had been missed off on the cleaning schedule, and the welcome pack needs updating e.g. WiFi was different, and this didn;t include instructions/code for the bin stores (that was on the back of the front door). "Excellent location for the Cathedral. Room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was generous size. Lovely walk-in shower, pity water pressure wasn't a little higher but was adequate and hot. Breakfast was good, plenty of options including cooked, meats and cheeses, fruit and pastries. The staff were really friendly and helpful and a particular shout out for Trevor!"
