"Beautiful and luxurious hotel with an A+ staff. Room is cleaned every day unless I ask to skip (with a button near the door) but they will come by later for a rescheduling. This way they can restock the free complimentary water and food/fruits. Pool is very nice, breakfast buffet is from 6am to 10am and I do recommend getting it as part of your room - wide selection and most of its pretty good. There is a national anthem at 10am that does play in public areas of the hotel. Staff is helpful...

"Contated the hotel through Expedia to arrange a transfer and they didnt get back to me. No welcome drink or automatic assistance with luggage. There was no fridge in the room, wasnt that impressed with the balcony, which you could see into another room and the partition screen was at the main corridor of the floor and when it was windy the metal attachments were banging. Safe is too low down in the cupboard, had to get on our hands and knees, should be higher. There was noone to greet us for...
