「Breakfast was mediocre at best. Location and room size were fantastic. Decor was outdated.」

「不错的酒店 工作人员都很友好，前台经常看到的是一个墨西哥女孩和一个应该也是墨西哥裔男生。 室内有游泳池，不大，还有个可以喷水的按摩池。 房间干净舒适，西式早餐，比较丰富，有提供水果。 酒店有个挺大的停车场。 位置就在离高速不远处，边上是个比较大的chase自助银行，对面就是加油站，还有超市，大概1公里左右有个小湖，早晚去湖边走走，看看日出日落，感觉也不错。 去bloominton和normal的downtown也不太远，如果开车的话。」

「While the property shows some wear and tear, everything worked (A/C, toilet, hot water), everything was clean and I cannot emphasize how terrific the staff was. Everyone smiled, wished us a good day, etc...They really made our stay enjoyable.」

「King suite - accessible room. Had a Murphy bed that was a queen size and not a normal king bed as stated and reserved. Room layout was really good and roomy with a nice mini-bar area. Bathroom has some maintenance issues. Shower had some mold on the caulking by the base. Walls had holes in it from trying to hang hand rail by toilet and the toilet is not an ADA high toilet. It was so low it was hard to sit and stand. The wallpaper is peeling off walls in breakfast and dining area. ...

「Great stay. Parking is challenging with COPD. Parking Garage is across the street.」

「We had a handicapped accessable room and the shower did not work properly. The hand held spray did not work. I told the front desk and they had a repairman come and fix it the next day. It then worked but it leaked horribly. The staff was good to get someone to look at it but the repairman did a less than good job.」

「Appreciated staying in a facility that was up to date and modern. Only complaint we have is that the elevator took way too long to close the doors, even when the button was pushed to close the doors (it did not respond).」

「We had to switch rooms because the air conditioner stopped working. The next room did not have a microwave. The clerk brought one and had to sit it on our table. There was a huge amount of white powdery substance on the bathtub and door handle. The bed was hard as a rock.」

「Mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, hair in the tub not mine! Air conditioner sounded like being in a car wash all night long. Did get reimbursed but a lot of work on rooms needs to be done.」

「The staff was rude and unhelpful left early and did not contact me refused to give me a refund, even though they stated they would in person, and I found a mouse on the property alive」

「It was decent until I saw a mouse on my bedside table the next morning. Not gonna lie, really didn’t like that. I called the front desk and they offered to move me to another room but since I was checking out in five hours, I didn’t feel like it was necessary. There were ants around the syrup container lid in the breakfast area. But other than that, it was a nice stay. Plenty of restaurants and very convenient.」

「I was double charged after paying through Expedia. Holiday Inn staff said they couldn’t see my payment through Expedia and they had to run my card. Turns out I paid for the room twice and no idea if I’ll get a refund or not. Time will tell」
