"Basic hotel , clean , comfy bed Location and scenery was beautiful "

"Loved loved loved our stay. I will definitely be back. My kids had so much fun. It was truly a wonderful experience. I only have constructive criticism and feedback regarding communication and staff knowing information. The day before I left for Westgate I called and asked about bike rentals. I was told over the phone that since we were arriving late on Friday and going to rent bikes Saturday that the bikes would probably be sold out bc it’s a packed weekend. And I said “what if I arrive right as the bike rentals open?” And he said “they’ll be sold out because you rent the bikes for the weekend.” I said “ohhh wow”. So I went out and purchased a bike rack to bring our bikes”. Fast forward im at Westgate and I’m at the pool area and I see a bunch of bikes. So I walked up to ask because i was curious. And she said “we have plenty of bikes. You can rent them by the hour but you have to come back every hour for us to check on the bikes”. I told her what I was told over the phone and she said they don’t rent bikes for the weekend. Then another thing we were told ahead of time was that when we got the Westgate bands on our wrist that’s all we needed to use the amenities and areas like the pool and the cowboy center etc. however every time we went in they checked us in and we had to wait in a line to get checked in. I asked the girl “why do we have to check in every time if we already have the wrist band?” She said “you must check in every time”. I said it didn’t make sense but w/e. "

"Check in was slow desk staff flirting/talking with previous customer. Hotel is old and in Disrepair. Bathroom door so rusty it would hardly close. Room was dirty busted shelf’s, door deadbolt not working. Room smelt musty. They want a photocopy of your license I agreed as long as I got the copy back at check out. At check out they would not give it back. I had to threaten to call the police before they gave it back to me. Never again. "

"This was the dirtiest property i have stayed in for some time. Toilet seats and bowl were full of scat, fixtures were old dirty and most did not work."

"If you want just less than basic this is the place for you. You can do better,much better."

"Staff at check in was great, quick check in. Good breakfast, air conditioner was great and cf room was clean."
