Executive Hotel Pacific
2 things: 1) Instead of staircase, maybe a ramp for guests to roll their luggages to the elevators would be very helpful, especially for seniors. 2) Extra concierge staff, instead of one, would help guests not feel imposing on her/him while waiting for their turn to have questions answered.
